VISITOR PARKING

A visitor is defined as one who has no affiliation, association, or relationship with TCU as an employee or student. Students and employees are not considered visitors during any TCU recognized holiday, Christmas break, spring break, summer, or study days.

  • Visitor parking will be strictly enforced and heavily monitored to ensure we have spaces available to our off-campus guests.
  • Visitors are encouraged to create a guest account and enter all pertinent contact and vehicle information via the TCU T2 Parking Portal prior to their campus visit. This will speed up the process for issuing your visitor pass.
  • Employees and students are not considered visitors when driving a vehicle other than the one registered or when using a vehicle on a temporary basis (ex.: rental).
  • All visitors must register their vehicle’s license plate via the TCU T2 Parking Portal when parking on campus. QR codes will be displayed in visitor areas of campus and online to help in registering visitor vehicles. Visitor passes are available 24/7 from the TCU T2 Parking Portal.
  • Visitor passes will be issued for 3 days and can be obtained at no charge for a total of 9 days per semester before incurring a charge for future visits.
  • Visitors to campus should be given parking guidance by the person, department, or organization inviting them to campus, following rules set forth by the Parking Department.
  • Visitors using vehicles that are currently registered for a TCU parking permit must comply with the rules and regulations that apply to that permit type.
  • Visitor parking areas close at 3:00 a.m. Visitors staying overnight on campus must move their vehicles to any white-lined parking space in lot 4, or they may receive a citation.
